Mint Turbines, LLC announces the opening of a new 73,000 sq ft facility

Mint Turbines, LLC is celebrating 30 years of operation with a big expansion and grand opening celebration. Mint Turbines plans to add 35 employees and invest $1.1 million into capital equipment for its newly expanded facility. The new building is a partnership between the City of Stroud and Mint Turbines and adds 41,000 square feet to create a state-of-the-art 73,000 square foot facility. Mint Turbines has 500 clients across five continents and has serviced thousands of engines at its Stroud facility.

Funding for Mint Turbines expansion

Facility cost: $2.5 million

  • $1 million - Community Development Block Grant from state
  • $200,000 - Federal stimulus grant
  • $800,000 loan - Stroud Industrial Authority
  • $500,000 - private investment
  • $1.1 million - Mint Turbines investment in equipment
